Therapists Lori Eby and Alisha Ross

Lori has served in a variety of roles throughout her life, which have given her the opportunity to grow both as an individual and clinician. Not-for-profit work, state government service, church leadership, and private therapy practice have contributed to her experience with diverse populations and her core belief that the therapeutic relationship is more than beneficial but is essential, especially during the difficult seasons of life. She considers it a privilege to support individuals, couples, and families as their counselor and therapist on their journey as they cope with and overcome challenges. Lori is also highly motivated to assist people in discovering their true self, which can bring healing and freedom. She enjoys the hospitality, natural beauty, and people of Springfield and the broader southwest Missouri region. After undergraduate studies in Springfield, she completed her master's degree at the University of Chicago and worked as a counselor in the Chicagoland area. She is excited to be serving as a counselor now in this great community. Alisha became a counselor because she believes in the impact good counseling can have on helping you live your best life. Her multiple years of counseling experience in the Springfield area have only solidified her commitment to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families that live here. She brings to this practice the most contemporary and effective approaches to some of the most persistent difficulties that people face, including EMDR and fresh approaches to overcoming trauma. A native of the Buffalo, Missouri, she completed her masters degree at Evangel University and currently teaches as adjunct faculty at Ozark Technical College. When not working, Alisha enjoys camping with her children. Alisha is involved in Greene County jail ministry. She works with adolescents, adults, and families to break generational cycles. She guides and empowers individuals to take back control of their lives and become their best self. Alisha had to overcome hardships that were placed in her life and through counseling, she was able to take back her life! She believes that every individual deserves a safe space to heal and that change is capable of everyone. Alisha works with clients to overcome childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self-image, self-esteem, and promote personal growth using a holistic approach to healing.
Lindsey Dillion, MS, LPC has multiple years of counseling experience in a variety of settings. She has counseled individuals in the college setting, adults who are both incarcerated and reentering into society, individuals in need of family counseling, and assisted therapeutically with adults and youth in Kenya, Africa. She was raised and currently lives in Ozark, Missouri with her three children and her High School sweetheart. She also works as an adjunct professor at Ozark Technical Community College. She has a passion to help others with an aim to not to judge or fix but to accompany and guide her clients on their journey to healing. Her specialities are Anger Management, Antisocial Personality Disorder, Sexual and Substance Addiction, and Mood Disorders.
